My landlord used Air Today to handle a repair to my AC unit. I created a ticket with my landlord a 3:30pm and Air Today was out to me by 5pm! I was so impressed with the communication and the attention to detail right from the moment they called to confirm.
Wyatt, the HVAC specialist, arrived on time in a clean branded company van, was polite and even had his own brand new booties he put on to walk in my home. He identified the issue and the communicated the fix to my landlord. He also provided an in between fix so that we would have cold air while we wait on the Landlord’s approval. Wyatt was also very patient answering all of our questions as first timers with an HVAC (NYC girl always had window units). I would highly recommend Air Today!
